Jenny Roche is the Director of Rise Academy, and Authentic Flow Tribe Affiliate Teacher Trainer for the Uk. Jenny is a Tantric Trainer, and leads trainings for 200 Hours, 300 Hours as well as Yin and Shake the Dust

She is all about free movement, finding freedom in the container and embodying tantra philosophy to help us BE more in life. As an ex-dancer, and Movement Therapist and Coach, she weaves in play, free movement, soundscaping and Somatic Tools to help you really get IN.
