About Satya Sanctuary

More than a studio.

A Sanctuary.

Satya Sanctuary is an inclusive Yoga and wellbeing studio in the heart of Knutsford. A space to move, breathe, reconnect and feel like yourself again.

Built on truth.

Led with heart.

Satya means truth, it’s a reminder to live and lead with honesty, kindness and purpose.

After years of working in the wellness industry, our founder Charlotte created Satya Sanctuary to be the kind of space she longer for; welcoming, real and rooted in authenticity.

A place where movement is for every body, not just some. Where wellbeing goes beyond the mat and where community comes first.

Community & Impact

Giving back.

Lifting others

We’re proud to support our local community through charity partnerships, free classes, fundraising events and our annual Satya Fest; helping to create positive change both on and off the mat.

The community here at Satya is truly unique, a real family built on diversity, authenticity and a need for connection in a world that often feels so lonely.

Come as you are.
We can’t wait to welcome you!
