New to Satya Sanctuary?

We’re so happy you’re here. Whether you’re brand new to movement, returning after a break, or simply curious about what we offer, Satya Sanctuary is a place where you can arrive exactly as you are. Our studio was created with one intention: to make wellbeing exclusively inclusive-accessible, welcoming and supportive for all.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know before joining us for the first time. If you have any questions at all, our team is always here to help.

Start with our Intro Passes

If you’re new to Satya, our Intro Passes are the perfect way to explore the studio:

Intro Studio Pass £50

Unlimited access to all classes in our main studio for 30 days. A great opportunity to try different styles, meet our teachers and find your rhythm. Click here to purchase.

Intro Reformer Pass £50

3 Reformer Pilates Classes for just £50 A gentle, supportive introduction to our intimate two-bed Reformer Pilates space. Click here to purchase.

Both passes are designed to give you time, space and flexibility to discover what works best for you.

What to expect on your first visit

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can get settled

  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle

  • If you are doing Barre, Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates make sure you are wearing grip socks

  • Our teachers will greet you, check you in and help you feel at home

  • Every class includes options and variations, so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body

This is your sanctuary, no pressure, no judgement, just supportive movement.

  • Download the Satya Sanctuary app on your preferred app store for the quickest access to all your booking needs and soon our online class platform.

Which class should I start with?

If you’re brand new to practice, here are a few more gentle options to ease you in:

  • Warm Slow Flow & Restore

  • Candlelit Yin

  • Breathe & Flow

  • Barre

  • Intro Reformer Pilates

But truly you are welcome in any class. Our teachers will always offer variations so you can practice in a way that feels supportive.

Your safety and comfort come first

We’re a trauma-informed, inclusive studio. That means:

  • You choose what feels right for your body

  • You can pause, rest or modify at any time

  • Our teachers use invitational, respectful language

  • We hold space for all experiences and abilities

We want you to feel safe, empowered and completely yourself!
