  • Reformer Pilates Open Day Saturday 28th February 7am-6pm

Whether you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates or already love the practice and want to experience it in a more considered setting, our Reformer Open Day is for you.

For one day only, enjoy a Reformer Pilates class for just £11 (half price) and a brilliant opportunity to move, explore and connect.

  • International Women's Day Event Sunday 8th March 9:30am

Join us this International Women’s Day for a nourishing yoga flow designed to celebrate strength, steadiness and self-trust.

This special class will be a slow, intentional yoga practice using our Yoga Balance Boards as a tool for awareness rather than effort. As the only studio in the North West to offer Yoga Boards, this is a rare opportunity to experience something new, inviting deeper connection to your body, breath and centre in a supportive, accessible way.

The boards gently remind us that balance isn’t about perfection, but about listening, adapting and trusting ourselves.

Through fluid movement and mindful transitions, we’ll explore strength that feels supportive, not forced, and stillness that feels grounding, not restrictive. Expect a practice that meets you where you are and leaves you feeling empowered from the inside out.

We’ll begin with a short intention-setting moment and close with time to integrate the practice, before coming together over refreshments and a thoughtfully curated goodie bag.

    💙 Open to all levels

    💙 Inclusive, empowering and community-led

💙 No prior experience with Yoga Boards needed

    💙 Wobbles welcome (and expected!)

    Pricing:

  • Shake the Dust Wellness Week Special Friday 20th March 6pm

Shake the Dust is a somatic movement and dance practice inspired by electronic music, ritual movement and embodied release, blending elements of embodied Pilates with free-form movement.

Each week you’ll be led by a different space holder to experience the different aspects of Shake and yourself! Often described as “a practice for the children of the Hacienda”, it offers the high of clubbing without the hangover or as we like to say, clubbing for your nervous system. A chance to move, sweat, release and reconnect with your body in a way that feels both expansive and grounding.

This isn’t choreography and it’s not about performance. Shake the Dust invites you to drop out of the thinking mind and into sensation, rhythm and instinct. Through guided movement, repetition and music, supported by Pilates-informed awareness of alignment, strength and control, the practice helps release stored tension, regulate the nervous system and create a powerful sense of presence.

You’ll be encouraged to move how your body wants to move, shaking, grounding, expanding and letting go, held within a safe, inclusive space and the energy of the collective.

Shake the Dust is about freedom, expression and embodiment.

Come as you are. Leave lighter. Feel more you.

The Bunny Hop is back, and if you’ve never experienced the Bunny Hop before you’re in for a treat, quite literally!

It’s one of Knutsford’s loveliest community events, where local businesses open their doors and hand out sweets to little ones as they hop their way around town to find the bunnies! It’s all about supporting independent shops, bringing families together and celebrating everything we love about our high street.

This year you’ll find Satya’s very own bunnies out in full force, handing out sweet treat for the children, so keep your eyes peeled.

And it’s not just the little ones, we’ll also have competitions and goodies for the grown-ups, because the fun doesn’t stop in childhood. Expect prizes, surprises and plenty of community spirit.

We’ll also be offering Studio Class passes in return for an Easter Egg of your choice, with the eggs being donated to our local foodbank Hope Central. Eggs can be handed into the studio in the weeks leading up to Easter.

This session offers space to move through the traditional sequence at a comfortable pace, with guidance that supports you in choosing what feels right for your body on the day. The Ashtanga Primary Series, known as Yoga Chekitsa or “yoga therapy” is a set sequence of postures designed to encourage strength, stability and focused breath awareness. Rather than aiming for perfection or performance, this class invites you to experience the rhythm of the sequence with curiosity and presence, taking rest or adapting shapes whenever needed. A monthly opportunity to connect with tradition in grounded, inclusive and choice-led environment.
