Peaceful Pyjama Party for the Winte Solstice join us Sunday 21st December 6-8pm

A cosy celebration of the longest night and the returning light. Wrap yourself in your warmest pyjamas and join us for a soul-soothing evening honouring the magic of the Winter Solstice. As the wheel of the year turns and the light slowly begins to return, we gather softness, warmth an d intention.

Settle into deep stillness with a nurturing, embodied Yin Yoga practice supported by gentle mini reiki and a calming head massage to melt tension and create spaciousness within.

From there, drift into the dreamlike realm of yoga nidra and a floating sound bath, waves of vibration carrying you inward towards renewal, reflection and quiet illumination.

To weave extra magic into your night you’ll also enjoy:

-a special solstice gift to continue your relaxation and rituals at home

-comforting treats and warm drinks to cocoon you in seasonal sweetness

Throughout the evening you’ll be guided to set intentions, seeds planted in the fertile darkness, to support your energy as you move into the brighter months ahead.

This sacred, sleepy night gathering is designed to leave you feeling restored, grounded and wrapped in peace as you welcome the return of the light.

    Investment: £25 per person

Ashtanga Primary Series, second Sunday of the month

Join us on the second Sunday of each month for a welcoming and steady exploration of the Ashtanga Primary Series with Tim Heywood. This session offers space to move through the traditional sequence at a comfortable pace, with guidance that supports you in choosing what feels right for your body on the day. The Ashtanga Primary Series, known as Yoga Chekitsa or “yoga therapy” is a set sequence of postures designed to encourage strength, stability and focused breath awareness. Rather than aiming for perfection or performance, this class invites you to experience the rhythm of the sequence with curiosity and presence, taking rest or adapting shapes whenever needed. A monthly opportunity to connect with tradition in grounded, inclusive and choice-led environment.
