Hot Vinyasa
A warm, flowing Yoga practice held in our infrared studio. This class guides you through smooth, continuous sequences that build strength, mobility and focus, with options offered throughout so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. The heat supports ease of movement and helps create a sense of grounding and presence. A dynamic, yet accessible flow to support balance, awareness and wellbeing.

Candlelit Yin
A slow, grounding practice held by soft candlelight. Postures are explored at a gentle pace with spacious holds and mindful movement that invite release and inward attention. Options are offered throughout so you can settle into each shape in a way that feels supportive for your body. A calming, restorative experience to encourage ease, stillness and deep rest.

Little Yogi's (3-8 years)
A class designed for all levels and abilities, the perfect accompaniment to their time at school, this class helps children to explore their bodies, minds and emotions whilst building their own individual practice. Children may be left with the teacher at this age without an adult.

Pregnancy Yoga
As you step into this next stage of life join us for Pregnancy Yoga, where our sessions are specifically designed to support and hold your body and mind through this transition into motherhood. A great way to meet other Mum's whilst giving your body the support it craves.

Hot Yin Yang
This balanced class blends gentle heat with a mix of flowing Yang movement and grounding Yin holds. You're invited to move with awareness through energising sequences b before settling into slower, spacious shapes. Variations are offered so you can choose what feels right for you. A warm, harmonising practice that supports both energy and ease.

Ashtanga
A guided sequence based on the traditional Ashtanga method, offering a consistent structure that supports focus, strength and progression. You'll move through a variation of the series at a steady pace, with variations available to meet your body's needs along the way. A structure, energising practice that builds stability and awareness.
Breathe & Flow
A steady, breath-led class that encourages mindful movement and grounding. Sequences unfold gradually, giving you space to connect to breath and body at a comfortable pace. Options and pauses are offered to support choice throughout your practice. A gentle, flowing class to enhance clarity, presence and calm.

Tantric Vinyasa
A flowing practice inspired by the principles of Tantric philosophy, focusing on presence. embodied movement and breath awareness. Sequences are creative and fluid, with space to explore variations that resonate with your body. A soulful, expressive flow to deepen connection and inner awareness.

Flow Express
A shorter, uplifting flow designed to energise your day. You'll be invited to mov e through accessible sequences that build warmth, strength and mobility with invitations to adjust the pace or depth as needed. A feel-good flow for when you're short on time but want to move with intention.

Hot Hatha

A fun and uplifting practice using supportive yoga swings to explore movement with curiosity. You'll be guided through grounded shapes, lifts and optional inversions, with variations to help you choose what feels right for your body. Restorative
A deeply gentle practice designed to support rest and nervous-system calming. With the help of props, you are invited to settle into comfortable longer held postures that encourage softness and release. Options are offered so you can find the most supportive version of each shape for your body. A nourishing, calming experience to promote relaxation, balance and quiet connection.

Warm Slow Flow & Restore
A calm and steady class that moves at a gentle pace, giving you time to explore each shape. Transitions are smooth and unhurried with supportive options throughout. A soothing flow, ideal for grounding, softening and mindful movement, ideal for winding down at the end of the working week.

Family Yoga
A playful, supportive class designed for families to move, breathe and connect together. Gentle poses, simple flows and creative activities invite everyone, children and adults alike, to explore movement at their own pace. Options are offered throughout so each person can take part in a way that feels comfortable. A joyful, bonding experience that encourages ease, confidence and shared wellbeing. All ages welcome from walking, and all caregivers are invited to join us.

Slow Flow, Rest & Restore
A gentle blend of mindful movement and restorative stillness. The class begins with a soft, unhurried flow to ease the body into motion, followed by nourishing restorative poses supported with props. Options are offered throughout so you can explored each shape and rest point in a way that feels comfortable for you. A calming, balanced practice to unwind, soften and reconnect.

Heated classes aren't suitable; during pregnancy, severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g. uncontrolled hypertension, recent cardiac events), history of fainting, heat intolerance or heat stroke, uncontrolled diabetes, severe respiratory conditions
Trapeze Yoga isn't suitable; during pregnancy, following recent surgery. It also isn't suitable if you have any of the following: uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, heart conditions or history of stroke, glaucoma or other eye conditions affected by pressure changes, vertigo or severe balance disorders, severe osteoporosis or bone fragility, spinal fusion, severe disc injury or unstable spine conditions, epilepsy, head injuries (recent concussion or increased intercranial pressure)

Reiki and Meditation
Through the power of Reiki (energy healing), I will help you release energetic blockages and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
During this 1hr class I will start off by guiding you through a soothing meditation with essential oils to help unwind your mind and fully switch off before ending with a mini 1-1 hands on reiki healing experience.

Sound Bath & Meditation
Unwind, restore, and prepare for the week ahead with our deeply calming Sunday evening Sound Bath & Meditation. This class combines gentle guided meditation with the therapeutic resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments.
You’ll be invited to settle into a comfortable resting position as sound waves wash through the body, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and support emotional balance. The session is designed to lower stress, improve sleep quality, and promote a sense of inner clarity and grounding.
Perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike, this nurturing class offers a peaceful reset at the end of the week—an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

This session is not suitable if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, heart issues, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or metal plates or pins. As always, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please check with your GP before starting something new.

A dynamic full-body Reformer Pilates class designed to improve core strength, posture and muscular balance.

Reformer Strong
Reformer Strong is an uplifting, resistance based session designed to build steady, functional strength across your whole body. Expect slow, controlled sequences, challenging spring variations, and a mix of upper, lower and core focused blocks that keep you engaged from start to finish. This class is all about developing power you can feel-improved stability, deeper muscle endurance and confident movement on and off the reformer. Guided transitions and intentional pacing make it accessible whether you're levelling up your practice or looking to feel stronger in everyday life.

Signature Reformer
A contemporary take on Pilates, think innovative variations, props, and playful transitions for strength and balance.

Jump Reformer
Take your Reformer Pilates practice to the next level with the dynamic addition of the jump board. This energetic, low impact cardio class combines the core-strengthening, lengthening and stabilising benefits of traditional Reformer Pilates with heart pumping plyometric sequences. The jump board allows for smooth, joint-friendly jumping that builds strength, endurance and coordination while keeping proper alignment and support. Expect a mix of cardio intervals, core work and flowing reformer Pilates exercises designed to improve stamina, agility and control. Perfect for clients who want to boost their fitness whilst staying aligned, supported and safe. All levels welcome, options are provided to tailor the intensity to your body.

Gentle Reformer
Designed for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or looking for a slower-paced session, our Gentle class focuses on building confidence, control and proper technique. With an emphasis on mindful movement, core stability and mobility, this class provides a supportive environment to strengthen and restore the body. Perfect for beginners, those returning after a break, or those seeking a low-impact, nourishing workout.

Mamma Reformer
A supportive reformer class designed for new mamas who want to restore strength, reconnect with their core, and move with confidence after baby. Expect gentle yet effective Pilates-based exercises to improve posture, release tension, and build overall strength, all while your little one rests nearby.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, babies must remain securely in a bouncer or bassinet during class. Car seats are not recommended for extended periods. Please bring your own along with any comfort items your baby may need.
This is your time to move, breathe, and connect with other mamas, no childcare needed.

Reformer Intro Class
Perfect for beginners, this class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. You'll learn how to use the Reformer safely, explore key exercises and build confidence in proper technique and alignment. With a slower pace and plenty of guidance, this class lays the foundation for progressing into our other Reformer Pilates sessions. Although not compulsory, we recommend taking this class first before moving onto our other classes, giving you more time to get to grips with the machine and feel comfortable in your practice.

Pilates Fusion
This energising mat Pilates class blends the core-strengthening principles of classical Pilates with dynamic elements from yoga, barre and functional fitness. Barre
Our Barre classes are dynamic and upbeat! Bringing together movements inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates, Barre is designed to offer the infamous Barre burn without the impact and DOMS you get from other movement styles. A full body workout loaded with low-impact and high intensity moves that will sculpt, strengthen and elongate your muscles. Suitable for all levels, ages and experiences.

Barre Strong
Where that infamous Barre burn meets strength training! A combination of traditional barre and strength training using innovative circular weights this class will build strength, cardio fitness and endurance whilst also building flexibility and mobility. Please note that this class is not suitable whilst pregnant as it has several deep core tracks.

Mamma Barre
Becoming a Mum doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the things you love!
Join us at the Barre for a full body workout, designed to support & strengthen your post partum body and the best thing is baby can come too!

Touch is the first language of babies, and their little bodies crave it for comfort and safety. Infant massage is a special form of touch that connects parent and baby, using the power of sensory experience to communicate and bond.

Yogi Babies
Our Yogi Baby is a a gentle, fun way to bond with your little one while promoting their physical and emotional development. Our sessions are tailored to suit both you and your baby’s needs, providing a nurturing environment where you can engage in meaningful, mindful movements together.
Our class is a baby led class that is an interactive routine you are going to perform with your baby. It will consist of various movements, postures and stretches to work on a number of outcomes and benefits for your babies developmental stages, flexibility, strength and helping with brain and body connections whilst working towards milestones.
